By using our website or services, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services

Board coaching sessions include one-on-one or group consultations, workshops, and strategic planning events. All sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Session durations and content are defined in the service description.

3. Information Products

Information products include digital courses, eBooks, templates, and other downloadable materials delivered electronically upon purchase.

4. Goods

Goods include any physical merchandise sold through our website, such as books, kits, or branded materials.

5. Refund and Transfer Policy

5.1 Services

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the session date without penalty.
• Refunds: If you cancel at least 7 days before the session, you are eligible for a full payment reversal to the original payment method.
• No-Refund Services: Group workshop bookings and special event packages are non-refundable once the purchase is confirmed, due to limited availability and preparation requirements.

5.2 Information Products

• All digital products are non-refundable due to the immediate availability after purchase.
• In exceptional cases of technical delivery failure, we may issue a replacement copy upon request.

5.3 Goods

• Returns: Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
• Process: To initiate a return, contact us via our Contact Form. Approved returns will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
